Embroidery Business Management Software & CRM — IEBC

IEBC is a multi-tenant embroidery business management system for CRM, client portals, public requests, quotes, embroidery/printing jobs, production scheduling, invoices, files, Merch Stores, purchasing, accounting and controlled team workflows. Each company runs in its own tenant workspace. Start on Forever Free with no card or expiry.

Ivixico Embroidery Business Cloud for embroidery business workflow, clients, jobs, production and invoices
Run your embroidery business from one organized workspace.

The Ivixico Embroidery Business Cloud (IEBC) connects business owners, employees and clients through controlled web portals. Instead of separating client details, quote requests, artwork, job updates, invoices and conversations across spreadsheets, email threads and messaging apps, the system keeps the complete workflow connected to the correct business, client and job.

Designed around embroidery and printing work.

The platform supports embroidery and printing job types, client requests, configurable apparel or material choices, production-file options, artwork attachments, placement and size details, employee assignment, due dates, rush work, production status, tracking, invoices and controlled file access.

Built for owners, employees and clients.
  1. Business owners: configure the business portal, create teams and employees, assign permissions, manage clients, review work, control branding, view invoices and manage the subscription.
  2. Employees: work only inside the clients, quotes, orders, artwork, invoices, files and communication areas permitted by the owner.
  3. Clients: use a dedicated portal to review quotes, orders, invoices, shared files, notifications and eligible live-chat conversations.
  4. Public customers: can submit quote, mockup and order requests or track an order through public business links.
Complete Platform

Everything needed to manage the workflow behind embroidery work.

The system covers the work from the first request through assignment, production, invoicing, payment recording, file delivery and completion—while keeping each business workspace and account role separated.

01

Business Workspaces

Each embroidery company operates as its own tenant with separate business settings, subscription state, clients, employees, teams, files, Merch Stores, production records and portal access. Tenant-specific subdomains are supported, with eligible custom domains on higher plans.

02

Teams & Permissions

Create Sales, Support, Production/Embroidery or custom teams; give employees individual accounts; and control access to clients, quotes, orders, artwork, invoices, files and operational areas instead of sharing one administrator login.

03

Client Management

Maintain client codes, contacts, profile details, invitations, access requests and connected quotes, orders, invoices, files and communication so customer history stays tied to one record.

04

Quotes & Mockups

Accept public quote and mockup requests with artwork and job specifications, review requirements internally, send updates/approvals or change requests, and convert approved work into active jobs without re-entering the customer data.

05

Orders & Production

Create embroidery or printing jobs with placement/size and production specifications, employee assignment, due dates, rush status, tracking and status history, then schedule work against machines/resources and available capacity where the plan allows.

06

Artwork & Files

Attach artwork, proofs, references, DST/production files and other documents to the correct client, quote or job; keep files internal, share them with the client, or make access requestable according to workflow.

07

Invoices & Records

Create invoices from connected work, combine job charges, track balances and due dates, provide manual payment instructions, receive customer payment claims and maintain payment records; eligible QuickBooks connections synchronize supported accounting entities.

08

Client Portal

Give each client a dedicated login for permitted quotes, orders, status/tracking, invoices, shared files, profile details, notifications and eligible conversations without exposing internal shop records.

09

Employee Workspace

Employees use individual business-portal accounts and see only the modules, clients and records their owner/team permissions allow, keeping operational work separate from client and vendor access.

10

Chat & Notifications

Eligible plans provide client chat and internal team chat. In-app/email notifications can cover requests, approvals, tickets, assignments and other workflow events so the relevant people are alerted without exposing unrelated tenant records.

11

Branding & Domains

Use an IEBC tenant address, connect an eligible business-owned custom portal domain on supported plans, and use White Label branding removal/custom sender capabilities when the sender domain and account configuration meet requirements.

12

Billing & Subscription

Owners can view recurring plan status, subscription access and supported billing controls from the business system. Software plan limits are applied to new activity while existing records remain part of the tenant workspace.

13

Merch Stores

Create customer-facing stores for companies, teams, schools, fundraisers or events with products, variants, images, stock controls, personalization, cart, guest/account checkout, pickup/shipping, fulfillment statuses, tracking and plan-based payment providers.

14

Store Customer Accounts

Store shoppers can use guest checkout or verified accounts with six-digit email verification, saved contact/delivery details, password recovery and order history; checkout can use one-off delivery details without overwriting the saved profile.

15

QuickBooks & Connected Tools

Business and White Label include QuickBooks Online workflows for supported customers, products/services, invoices and recorded payments. Eligible plans also expose the Email Manager and Instant Digitizer; White Label adds scoped REST API tokens, signed outgoing webhooks and Zapier Catch Hook workflows.

How It Works

A clearer path from customer request to finished job.

01

Receive the request

A customer submits a quote, mockup or order request with job details and artwork.

02

Review and assign

The business confirms requirements, creates or converts the job, assigns the right employee and sets the due date.

03

Manage production

Teams update status, keep artwork and production files connected, and communicate through the correct portal.

04

Invoice and complete

The business creates the invoice, records payment activity, shares permitted files and marks the work complete.

Merch Stores

Turn repeat apparel programs into a proper customer storefront.

Build stores for companies, teams, schools, fundraisers or events without sending customers through your internal admin portal. Products, fulfillment, payment choices and order tracking stay connected to the same IEBC business workspace.

01

Real storefront flow

Customers browse a catalog, open product pages, choose options and quantity, review a cart, enter checkout and finish on a saved order receipt.

02

Guest or account checkout

Customers can continue as a guest, sign in inline or create an account. New accounts verify with a six-digit email code and return directly to checkout.

03

Saved customer details

Signed-in shoppers can reuse saved contact and delivery information or enter different details for one order without overwriting their account.

04

Pickup & shipping

Offer pickup, shipping or both. Delivery addresses appear only when needed, with country selection, regional fields and flexible shipping rates on eligible plans.

05

Payments owned by the shop

Depending on plan, connect manual checkout, Stripe, PayPal or Square. Online store payments go to the embroidery business’s own connected payment account.

06

Orders, tracking & recovery

Customers can track guest orders or view account order history. Saved receipts support payment recovery, while stock and duplicate-order protections keep checkout safer.

Limited Founder offer

Pay one yearly price and keep the selected plan for five years.

Founder versions are sold separately from normal subscriptions. Every Founder package includes unlimited file storage; Starter supports up to 50 team members, while Business and White Label include unlimited team members. The offer also includes one standard 5–8 page website, contact form and basic on-page SEO. The Founder Deal is separate from standard IEBC subscription billing and is not sold through Creem.

Integrations & product direction

Key connections are live now, with more workflow upgrades still planned.

The current system already includes major capabilities that were previously listed as upcoming. Future integrations will continue to be released in stages after testing and provider approval.

Available now

QuickBooks Online

Business and White Label include a QuickBooks Online connection for supported customer, product/service, invoice and recorded-payment synchronization, with queued background checks and manual import/export/two-way controls.

Available now

Stripe, PayPal & Square

Merch Stores use payment accounts connected by the embroidery business. Starter supports Stripe and PayPal in addition to manual checkout; Business and White Label also support Square, subject to provider account availability.

Available now

Instant Digitizer workflow

Eligible IEBC plans can launch the same-account Instant Digitizer, generate Tajima DST + Production PDF output, keep files in the user workflow and reuse saved DST data with the Embroidery Price Calculator where available.

Planned

Xero & supplier connections

Xero and live supplier/catalog integrations are not bundled into the current uploaded system. The existing product catalog, vendors, purchase orders and receiving workflows operate manually without requiring supplier inventory APIs; future provider connections require separate implementation and approval.

Planned

Built-in mock-up creator

The current Production Management suite includes a browser-based Mockup Creator on eligible plans for placing artwork on an image and exporting a PNG. It complements the formal Artwork Approval workflow rather than replacing it.

Ongoing

More workflow upgrades

The current system already includes tasks, plan-based workflow automations, sales pipeline/reporting, production capacity, client/team communication and browser-installable PWA support. Future additions remain dependent on testing and provider requirements.

Third-party connections can depend on provider credentials, account eligibility, testing and approval requirements.
