1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect account and contact information; business and profile details; login and security events; subscription and transaction metadata; support communications; IP address; browser, device and user-agent information; cookie/session data; files and artwork you upload; generated design/project information; calculator inputs and usage data; client, order, quote, invoice and production information entered into IEBC; integration identifiers; and other information you choose to provide.

2. Product-specific information

IEBC: tenant businesses may store customer, employee, job, artwork, invoice, order, storefront and communication data. Instant Digitizer: we may process uploaded artwork, design dimensions and settings, generated DST/PDF/project outputs, generation counts, project history, trial/subscription status and cancellation feedback. Price Calculator: we may process project assumptions such as quantities, garment costs, stitch counts, machine time, overhead and target margin, together with usage-limit information where applicable.

3. Policy and consent records

When you accept our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product-specific terms or an optional communications consent, we may record the account/user identifier, the document type and version or fingerprint, acceptance timestamp, IP address, browser/user agent and the context in which acceptance occurred. We keep these records to demonstrate consent or agreement, administer accounts, prevent abuse, handle disputes and comply with legal obligations.

4. Why we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide software, storage, generation, calculator, portal and support functions; process trials, subscriptions and cancellations; enforce plan limits; send files and operational messages; detect fraud or abuse; troubleshoot and improve the Services; maintain audit and legal records; respond to disputes; comply with law; and protect users, IVIXICO and third parties.

5. Communications

We may send service communications that are reasonably necessary for your account, such as email verification, password/security notices, billing or renewal information, service changes, legal notices, support replies and requested file-delivery messages. These operational messages are not dependent on marketing consent.

Optional product news, offers, onboarding, research or feedback communications are sent only where permitted. Where a signup form offers an optional communications checkbox, that choice is separate from required acceptance of legal policies. You may withdraw optional email marketing consent using an unsubscribe mechanism where provided or by contacting us. If phone or SMS marketing is offered, we will request any additional consent required by applicable law before using a phone number for that purpose.

6. Tenant customer information

For personal information entered by an IEBC business about its own clients, employees or buyers, that business generally decides why and how the information is used, while IEBC processes it to provide the platform. Tenants are responsible for their own notices, lawful basis and permissions. If your information is held by an IEBC tenant, contact that business first where appropriate.

7. Payments and Creem

Payment-card or bank details may be collected directly by third-party checkout/payment providers rather than IVIXICO. Where Creem is used as Merchant of Record, Creem and its payment partners may process information needed for checkout, tax, fraud prevention, payment, renewal, cancellation, refund and disputes. IEBC may receive identifiers and metadata such as customer/subscription IDs, plan, amount, currency, billing period, status, refund/dispute status and related transaction information. We do not need to store full card details entered into a third-party checkout.

8. Service providers and disclosures

We may share information with hosting, infrastructure, security, email, communications, analytics, accounting, support, payment and integration providers that help operate the Services; with professional advisers; with a successor in a corporate transaction; with regulators or law enforcement where legally required; and where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users or systems. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or similar storage for sessions, authentication, security, preferences and service operation. Optional analytics or similar technologies may be used where configured and permitted by applicable law.

10. Data retention

Retention varies by data type and purpose. We may retain account, subscription, policy-acceptance, cancellation, security, billing, audit and dispute records as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting/tax requirements, legal claims and compliance. Project files and tenant content may be retained according to product/account settings, plan rules, backups and deletion processes. Keep your own copy of production-critical files.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet, hosting, email, payment or storage system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Use strong credentials and appropriate access controls.

12. International processing

IVIXICO and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required by applicable law, appropriate contractual, legal or organizational safeguards may be used for international transfers.

13. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, billing, legal or dispute purposes.

14. Children

The Services are designed for businesses and are not intended for children to create business accounts. Do not knowingly submit a child’s personal information unless you have a lawful business reason and all permissions required by applicable law.

15. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our products, vendors or legal requirements change. The current version will show its effective date, and material changes may be communicated through the website, account, email or another reasonable method where appropriate.
