Billing, renewal & cancellation
Paid IEBC subscriptions are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled, as shown at checkout. Creem handles the payment transaction, applicable sales taxes/VAT/GST where required, receipts and payment-related administration.
You may cancel a paid subscription to stop future renewal. Subscription status, billing-period timing and any refund eligibility are governed by the checkout terms, applicable law and the Creem billing record. For billing or cancellation help, contact [email protected].
Creem is used for IEBC software subscriptions only. IEBC website development, design, social media management and custom development services are separate offerings and are not sold through Creem.

“Unlimited” means the application does not impose a normal plan quota for that resource. File upload size remains 50 MB per file on paid plans. Founder Deal entitlements can override team/storage limits and are documented separately. The Founder Deal is separate from standard IEBC subscription billing and is not sold through Creem.
