IEBC Merch Stores are customer-facing storefronts connected to the embroidery business tenant, not links into the internal admin portal. Use them for repeat programs, teams, companies, schools, fundraisers or events while product, shopper, order, fulfillment and tracking data remains connected to the same business workspace.

Guest or account checkout
Customers may check out as guests or use an account with six-digit email verification, saved contact/delivery information, order history and password recovery.
Pickup or shipping
Offer pickup, shipping or both; eligible plans add flexible country-based rates, free-shipping thresholds and calculate/quote-after-order delivery handling.
Shop-owned payment connections
Free can use manual checkout; Starter adds Stripe/PayPal; Business and White Label also support Square. Online payments use the embroidery business’s connected provider account.
Order tracking
Customers can return to receipt/tracking pages, signed-in users retain order history, and staff manage fulfillment status from the same tenant store workflow.
Plan-based store capacity
Recurring limits are explicit: Free 1 store/8 products/15 monthly orders; Starter 1/40/100; Business up to 5 stores with unlimited products/orders; White Label unlimited stores/products/orders.
