IEBC Artwork Approvals keep the proof tied to the exact quote or order. Staff can choose related client artwork or upload a new proof, send a secure tokenized approval link, capture approval or change feedback and notify the relevant customer and staff instead of relying on an untracked attachment thread.
What you can do.
Optional client artwork
Staff can intentionally choose other artwork already saved for the same client when that file is the correct proof/reference for the current approval.
Manual proof upload
A new proof can be uploaded while creating the approval request, keeping the review file inside the same client/job workflow.
Secure approval link
The customer receives a tokenized approval page for the selected proof and can approve or request changes without receiving internal portal privileges.
Notifications
Creation and customer responses can generate in-app/branded email notifications to the client and relevant staff so the approval is not lost in an untracked thread.
