It can parse Tajima DST and optionally analyze a Wilcom Production Worksheet PDF for reported production data. ## Current integration boundaries QuickBooks Online is implemented for supported customers, products/services, invoices and recorded payments. Merch Store payment providers depend on plan and the shop's own provider account. White Label exposes scoped API tokens and signed outgoing webhooks and can use Zapier Catch Hook URLs. Live supplier inventory/catalog feeds, SMS/Twilio, native App Store/Play Store apps and automatic carrier label/rate buying are not bundled current core features. Tenant-owned settings and records include business identity, subscription/plan entitlements, employees, teams, clients, files, jobs, quotes, invoices, production data, stores and integration configuration. Employee and external-user permissions are separate from the owner. Client portals expose only the customer's permitted records. Vendor/digitizer accounts on eligible plans are external production participants rather than full employees. ## CRM, requests and jobs Clients have codes/contact data, invitations/access requests and linked business activity. Public quote, mockup and order forms can capture artwork, placement/size and other production requirements. Accepted quote/mockup work can be converted into jobs without discarding the linked customer/files. Embroidery and printing jobs can include assignment, due date, rush state, production status/history, tracking and production specifications. ## Artwork and files Artwork, proofs, references and production files can be attached to the correct client/job/quote. Access can remain internal, be shared to the client or be made requestable. Artwork Approval requests are scoped to an exact quote/order, can use existing related client artwork or a newly uploaded proof, and provide a secure approval/change workflow with notifications. ## Production Management Resources can represent embroidery machines, presses, workstations or people. Shops configure daily available minutes and simultaneous-job limits, then schedule jobs by resource, date/start time, work type, required minutes and priority. Tasks have assignee, due date, priority, status and linked records. Eligible automations can react to events by creating tasks/notifications. The manual catalog stores SKU, brand, category, colors, sizes, cost, markup and price. Packing slips, production file uploads and Code 39 labels/barcodes support shop-floor and fulfillment work. ## Pricing Pricing Matrices are repeatable quoting rules using quantity, stitches, garment cost, setup fee, minimum charge and garment markup. They are separate from the detailed Embroidery Project Price Calculator, which is intended for a single project and can combine multiple embroidery locations, DST/Wilcom data, garment/material cost, waste, runtime/labor, overhead, fees and margin. ## Vendors, purchasing and receiving Business and White Label plans can maintain vendor/supplier/contractor/digitizer profiles. Eligible vendor users can receive assignments, update status and exchange relevant files without employee-level access. Manual purchase orders contain vendor line items and quantities. Receiving can be partial or full so received, short and outstanding quantities remain visible. These workflows do not require a live supplier inventory API. ## Sales and reporting Eligible Sales Pipeline states include lead, qualified, quoted, negotiation, won and lost. Sales reporting includes views such as monthly collected payment and pipeline value. ## Invoices and accounting IEBC invoices can stay connected to one or more jobs, maintain balance/due data, manual payment instructions, customer payment claims and recorded payments. QuickBooks Online support currently covers customers, products/services, invoices and recorded payments, with queued/background checks plus manual import/export/two-way controls. If the connected Intuit account supports QuickBooks Payments, invoice email can use an Intuit-hosted payment link; card/bank entry remains on Intuit's hosted page. ## Merch Stores Merch Stores are customer-facing storefronts separate from the internal admin portal. They support product pages, images/options, stock/order controls, personalization, fundraiser allocation, cart, guest or account checkout, six-digit email verification for new accounts, saved contact/delivery information, pickup/shipping, plan-based payment providers, fulfillment statuses, receipts/tracking and signed-in order history. Flexible country rates/free-shipping thresholds/quote-after-order shipping are plan dependent. ## Developer integrations White Label can create scoped API tokens for supported REST resources/operations, including supported clients, orders, tasks and catalog use cases. Outgoing webhooks post events to HTTPS endpoints, include X-IEBC-Signature and use retry processing. A Zapier Catch Hook can be configured as a webhook destination. API/Webhooks are owner/developer functions, not customer portal configuration. ## Instant Digitizer analysis and editor Supported raster input is PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP. Input analysis includes color/background cleanup controls and a 10-color analysis ceiling in the current analyzer. The automated planner creates embroidery-oriented geometry and selects satin, tatami/fill or running-stitch strategies according to artwork geometry/detail. The Design Studio exposes element enable/delete/restore, sewing order/reorder, route-after, stitch type, thread color, flow style, angle, underlay override, border/outline type and width, contour/hole scope and multi-select editing. Updating stitches regenerates the actual stitch path and downstream outputs. ## Instant Digitizer outputs and simulator The system exports Tajima DST and a branded Production PDF. Reported/project metrics can include stitch count, movement records, finished size, color count, color changes, jumps, trims/encoded trim cues, estimated thread meters and estimated sew time where available. The simulator replays the exported path and machine-event sequence including stitches, jumps, trims and color changes. Users can play/pause/scrub/reload the simulation. ## Instant Digitizer projects and delivery Projects are private to the account and can be reopened, edited/regenerated, renamed, searched, paginated, archived and restored. Full/Premium workflows can email one project's DST + Production PDF, create a bulk ZIP where selected projects receive their own DST/PDF folders, or email the selected-project ZIP. Eligible shared-account Business Cloud workflows can use saved DST files with related jobs and the Embroidery Price Calculator. ## Production responsibility Automatic digitizing uses heuristics and cannot guarantee a correct physical sew-out. Artwork resolution, final size, fabric, backing/stabilizer, thread, needle, machine tension/setup and stitch choices affect production. Review the stitch plan, Production PDF and DST in appropriate embroidery software and complete a physical sew-out on representative material before production.
